Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age on the day of check-in.
Pets: Pearl is a No Pet facility with the exception of our Soundscape Family Suite, #205. The dog must be 15 pounds or smaller. If the dog is left in the room when you’re not on the property, it must be crated. A contact number must be left on file should an issue arise when you’re not here. There is a $30 pet fee.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, rooms, on balconies or on the rooftop. Should smoke be detected inside, there will be a significant charge accessed.
Payment & Charges: A one-night deposit plus tax is required at booking of reservation. All discounts, coupons and gift certificates must be presented at time of check in to be redeemed. The remaining balance is due at check-in. There is a two-night minimum for weekends and a three-night minimum for holiday weekends.
Refund Policy & Cancellations: Cancellations with a seven-day notice prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit less a $50 processing fee. A Transaction Fee of $100 is charged for a refund to a credit card not originally used. No Shows or less than a seven-day cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to the first night suite rate and/or deposit. Changes made to reservations after check in are nonrefundable. Credits may be applied to future reservations at the discretion of management. Refunds are not given for inclement weather. Refunds are honored only should our NC officials declare a mandatory evacuation for Dare County.
Occupancy: Occupancy limitations are strictly enforced for safety reasons. There will be no refund issued should a guest be evicted for exceeding occupancy limitations.
Room Transfer If available, guests may request a room transfer. Guest agrees to abide by all transfer policies.
Damage/Missing Hotel Property: Charges for damages to hotel property and/or missing hotel property will be accessed and charged to the card on file.
Activities: All activities on hotel property are at your own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, the Rooftop.
Local Ordinances: All Federal, state and local laws are enforced. Fireworks, including sparklers, are illegal and not permitted.
Hotel Quiet Time: As a courtesy to all guests, quiet time between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. is strictly enforced.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not sell or rent your email or postal addresses. You will receive email notifications from us regarding specials or promotions unless you request not to receive them.
Acknowledgement and Agreement: By booking your reservation, paying your deposit and signing your reservation at check in you agree to abide by all hotel policies, approve charges and all liabilities incurred.
Cooking: There is no cooking at the hotel, on the grounds or on the Rooftop
